Day 1: Setting up A-frames around campus on a golf cart, putting swag items together, setting up popup tents, signage, folding tables, etc and other event related duties. Day 2 & 3: Must be able to lift 50+lbs. Includes setup/teardown of event assets (popup tents, signage, poles, folding tables, breaking down boxes, etc), Outdoor event, running rain or shine. Day 4: Assist during the event as a PA. The client may request for you to help grab the swag boxes, breakdown boxes, move a few assets, teardown the popup tents/folding tables/signage, etc and other event related duties. > This is an outdoor event.
